Do you have a standard hourly rate?

What equipment and tools are Team Kaya virtual assistants using?
All Team Kaya VAs use the following Cloud-based applications: Google Suite and Time Tracking Tool. We are more than happy to use tools, specific to your business, that you give your VA access to.
Am I able to choose my virtual assistant?
Advise your Outsourcing and Business Strategist regarding your requirements and they will recommend the type of Virtual Assistant that will be best suited to help you with your business. We will manage the Virtual Assistant recruitment process for you from beginning to hiring – you have more important tasks to take care of for your business. This is one of the many reasons why you partner with Kaya Services.
How safe is my information?
The confidentiality of our client’s data is of utmost importance to us. We will comply with any client procedures regarding privacy and confidentiality. All Team KAYA VAs must sign VA Agreements that outline policies regarding privacy, confidentiality and Intellectual Property. All Team KAYA VAs located in Metro Manila have a valid NBI Clearance – this is the police clearance issued by the National Bureau of Investigation of the Philippines, which is equivalent to the Australian Federal Police.
Do I have to sign a contract?
The only contract we ask you to sign is a Service Agreement which will clearly outline our ‘partnership’ which is beneficial to all parties involved.
Will I be assigned a dedicated VA or will I be dealing with different people?
Depending on which Plan you sign up to will give you access to either a pool of VAs or a dedicated VA, plus a Team Manager. Our Triumph plan has the added benefit of having access to a Specialist VA.
Are there any setup fees?
There are no startup fees. You only pay for the amount that is specified in the proposal you accepted and signed.
Do I have to provide my Virtual Assistant benefits?
You are not obligated to provide your Virtual Assistant benefits. However, we support our client’s decision to provide benefits, if this is something they decide to do. Some benefits that you can provide: paid leave, contribution to health care / other, and end-of-year bonus. We can also assist clients with organising end-of-year lunches/dinners.

Can I meet my Virtual Assistant?
Your Virtual Assistant is a part of your team, we encourage client’s to communicate with their VA on a daily basis via direct messaging and meet with their VA via video call. If you would like to physically meet your VA, speak to your VA and if they give their consent, we can assist in organising the meeting in Sydney or in Metro Manila*. *Expenses relating to the client travelling to the Philippines as well as meeting requirements will be paid for by the client.
Can I cancel anytime?
You have the freedom to cancel anytime or when you think you don’t need our services anymore. However, this may vary depending on the proposal you accepted and signed. Be sure you let your Team Manager know in writing (via email) so that we can wrap up and hand-over, as required. Notice may apply depening on your Plan.
What are your payment terms?
30 Day Trial: full payment required prior to your VA starting. All other plans are Invoiced monthly due mid-month (i.e. paying 2 weeks in arrears and 2 weeks in advance, 4-week month).
What are your payment options?
You have 2 payment options: 1) Direct Deposit to Kaya Services Australian bank account; 2) Paypal – fees apply.
What hours do you work?
Team Kaya Virtual Assistants usually work Australian business hours, Monday to Friday, between 9am-5pm. However, we can work the hours and time your business requires.
