Do you have a standard hourly rate?
No, we don’t. Instead, we focus on delivering value through task completion aligned with your business objectives. We offer various packages to suit every business. Please check our Packages page to learn more.
What equipment and tools are Kaya Virtual Assistants using?
All Kaya VAs utilise cloud-based applications such as Google Suite and a time-tracking tool. Our VAs are experts in current on-demand tools, maximising their efficiency. We are also more than happy to use any specific tools your business requires, provided you grant your VA access.
Am I able to choose my virtual assistant?
Consult with your Outsourcing and Business Strategist to discuss your needs, and they will suggest the ideal Virtual Assistant for your business. Our People and Culture team will handle the entire recruitment process for your VA, allowing you to focus on more critical business tasks. How secure is my information?
Protecting the confidentiality of our clients’ data is our top priority. We adhere strictly to client procedures concerning privacy and confidentiality. Each Kaya VA signs a VA Agreement detailing policies on privacy, confidentiality, and intellectual property. Additionally, all our Metro Manila-based VAs hold a valid NBI Clearance, equivalent to the Australian Federal Police clearance, ensuring peace of mind regarding security measures.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes, we require you to sign a Service Agreement that clearly outlines our beneficial partnership for all parties involved.
Will I have a dedicated VA or interact with different people?
Depending on the plan you choose, you will either have access to a dedicated VA and a Team Manager or a pool of VAs. Our Full-Time & Teams plan includes the added benefit of access to a Specialist VA.
Are there any setup fees?
No, there are no startup fees. You only pay for the specified amount in the proposal you have accepted and signed.
Can I meet my Virtual Assistant?
Your Virtual Assistant is a vital part of your team, and we encourage daily communication via direct messaging and video calls. If you wish to meet your VA in person, please discuss with your VA first. With their consent, we can assist in arranging a meeting in Sydney or Metro Manila*. *Client will cover expenses related to traveling to the Philippines and meeting requirements.
What are your working hours?
Kaya Virtual Assistants typically work during Australian business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. However, we can adjust our working hours to suit your business needs. Overtime rates apply if your VA is required to work on Australian public holidays. Schedule a call with our Outsourcing and Business Strategist to discuss your specific requirements.
Can I cancel at any time?
You have the flexibility to cancel at any time or when you no longer require our services. However, cancellation terms may vary based on the proposal you accepted and signed. Please inform your Team Manager to facilitate a smooth wrap-up and handover as needed. Notice requirements may apply depending on your chosen plan.
